Keiichi Uezumi

Japanese Certified Public Accountant, U.S. Certified Public Accountant, Japanese Licensed Tax Accountant
Mr. Uezumi started his career as a Certified Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tokyo Office. His responsibility as a manager of international tax department included management of a U.S. investment fund for movie production. In 1997, he transferred to Los Angeles Office and worked there as a manager of international tax mainly for movie and music industries. After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000, he joined a Hong Kong company as a general manager.
He succeeded in listing the company on Hong Kong GEM Market and closing several M&A deals. He then started Bizadvisors, Inc., a financial and accounting advisory firm in Tokyo that specializes in the entertainment business. As a representative director of the company, he has been offering such wide-ranging services for the entertainment business as setup of investment funds for movie production, management of special-purpose companies, preparation of tax returns, reports to fund investors, etc.
